We are an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Hennef (greater Cologne area), Germany. As one of Europe’s leading providers of modular storage buildings, we specialise in engineering lightweight construction technologies.

Uncompromising customer focus, reliability and quality have ensured us strong national and international growth.

Our customers include stock listed corporations as well as SMEs throughout Europe and, for certain clients, globally. We have repeatedly been awarded the Top100 Innovation Award for our strength and speed of innovation and have received several independent awards as a "Top Employer" in recent years.

Our aim with this key role is to build on our premium brand image as a provider of turnkey modular storage solutions and to increase effectiveness and efficiency in generating new qualified leads within a clearly defined target group of potential key accounts in the Hungarian market. With your proven methodology and practical knowledge, you will support your German colleagues from management, marketing, sales, and product development in all phases of developing, modifying, and implementing our multichannel marketing strategy.

You will manage all Performance Marketing channels in Hungary, taking charge of budget control with specific allocations per business unit. Your role will involve coordinating and shaping the Performance Marketing strategy for the Hungarian market. You will develop and optimize these channels based on clearly defined KPIs, supported by Inside Sales and Field Sales colleagues on-site. Additionally, you will define and coordinate content for Performance channels in collaboration with the Content Manager.

You will collaborate closely with our Team Leader Field Sales Hungary and the Marketing Team in Germany. Initially, you will report directly to our Director Presales, with a planned transition to reporting to our future Head of Marketing once the position is filled. The role is predominantly home office-based. During your onboarding, you'll spend approximately 2-3 weeks at our headquarters in Germany, followed by quarterly visits and occasional business trips within Hungary.

Your tasks

  • In close collaboration with the German-based marketing department and our Team Leader Sales Hungary, you will analyze ongoing market trends, niches, and developments specific to Hungary.
  • Leveraging your research and our brand values, you will contribute to the development of tailored advertising plans and communication strategies for the Hungarian market.
  • You will take full responsibility for designing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns outlined in the advertising plan.
  • Defining concrete campaign and channel targets while monitoring essential KPIs and budgets will be a crucial aspect of your role. Drawing insights from your results, you will independently identify areas for improvement in future campaigns.
  • Working closely with our editors and graphic designers, you will create advertising materials and copy for various campaigns, ensuring localization that resonates with the target audience.
  • Establishing and managing a network of external service providers and internal stakeholders who support your tasks will also fall under your responsibility.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in Multichannel Performance Marketing, specializing in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a focus on the Hungarian market, coupled with a good knowledge of common technical tools for online marketing (e.g., CMS, Google Analytics, PPC, SEA, CRM systems, mailing tools, business databases).
  • Proven track record in strategically conceptualizing and executing Performance Marketing campaigns, driving growth in new segments, markets or regions.
  • Side experiences in content marketing is an advantage, but not a must-have
  • Strong preference for data-driven decision-making to ensure KPIs are valuable markers, not afterthoughts.
  • Hungarian as mother tongue, fluency in English, meeting professional communication standards both orally and in writing.
  • Experience in working remote is nice to have, but ability to work independently and manage time effectively is necessary.  Also think and act entrepreneurially, analyze complex issues, and achieve goals through creative and innovative methods, with a deep understanding of the Hungarian market landscape, B2B purchasing mentalities, and local conditions to facilitate effective campaign strategies.
